Please take note of our booking conditions:
In order to proceed with the booking a 20% of the cost of the stay must be paid at the time of booking (not refundable) by credit card; the balance wil be charged 14 days before check-in date.
Policies:
• UTILITY – GAS/HEATING: included
• USE OF LAUNDRY ROOM (WASHING MACHINE): included
• FINAL CLEANING: included
• SHEETS AND TOWELS: included (supplied weekly)
• BABY COT: available on request (free of charge)
• HIGH CHAIR: available on request (free of charge)
• TOURISM TAX: € 1,5 per night/person for a max of 5 nights
• Check in: 3pm to 7 pm
• Check out: by 10 am
• Pets: welcome, on request.
