The space
The cottage, has all its accommodation on the ground floor. It is very comfortably furnished in the traditional style with tiled floors and terracotta ceilings.
All its windows enjoy fine views and most of them face on to the large private garden.
The garden has a large lawn, flowering plants and trees and enjoys a magnificent view of the countryside and the towers of the city. There are sunloungers and barbecue for guests’ use.
Guest access
The sitting room is separate from the house. It is a very comfortable room to relax in. It has a large arched glass door opening onto the kitchen/dining room entrance and a smaller glass door opening onto a large terrace with a pergola where there is a table and chairs and barbecue for outdoor eating.
The apartment has one bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, separate lounge and a terrace with pergola and a laundry room for guests use.
Additional notes
It is quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy your alfresco meals under the pergola or read a book whilst fanned by a light breeze. It is also ideally located to explore the many historic towns in the surrounding area.
The apartment " Le Papere" Is part of the same farmhouse. Also located on the ground floor, whose entrance is located on another side of the house. The two apartments can be rented together and accommodate up to 4 people.
Guest interaction
The owner and his family live next door.
They do not intrude on the privacy of their guests but are friendly and always happy to help which makes a stay much more enjoyable.
