The space
The cottage located on the ground floor, is composed of the living room, with sofa, TV and dining area, the kitchen that is equipped with all the amenities for those who wish to cook, maybe trying recipes using local ingredients, and includes a folding table available for quick meals. The bedroom, spacious also access directly to the garden. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Next to the front door is the pergola with table and chairs for alfresco meals.
The garden has a large lawn, and enjoys a lovely view of the countryside and the towers of the city. There are sunloungers and barbecue for guests’ use.
Additional notes
The apartment " Le Rondini" Is part of the same farmhouse. Also located on the ground floor, whose entrance is located on another side of the house. The two apartments can be rented together and accommodate up to 4 people.
Guest interaction
The owner and his family live next to the house, they do not intrude on the privacy of their guests but are friendly and always happy to help which makes a stay much more enjoyable.
the two dogs Olivia and Mafalda are friendly and playful, they also live next to the house and sometime they dealing with welcoming the guests.
